1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the VoiceBI application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to any database you are not authorized to access.

• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or any third party's systems.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your database credentials and account login.

• All activities that occur under your account.

• Ensuring your database is properly secured and configured.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Obtaining any necessary permissions or consents for database access and data processing.

4. Database and Data Security

VoiceBI does not store your database credentials on our servers. All database credentials and schema information are stored locally on your device using encryption.

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and configuration of your database.

• The accuracy, legality, and ownership of your data.

• Obtaining any consents required for processing personal or sensitive data.

• Complying with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA, where relevant).

Windows Cloud variant: When you use the Windows Cloud version of the App, queries may be routed through VoiceBI's backend infrastructure to reach your database. Queries are processed in transit and are not stored after execution.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party LLM providers of your choice (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Groq, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Mistral AI, Cohere, and Together AI) to interpret natural language and generate queries. Your queries are sent to the provider you configure.

You agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party provider you choose to use. The accuracy and availability of query results may depend on the chosen LLM provider and are outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The App — including its source code, design, branding, logo, and documentation — is owned by VoiceBI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, downtime, or security breach affecting your database or infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOICEBI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceBI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

• Your failure to obtain any required consent or authorization for database access.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately.

• You must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11) shall survive.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of Pakistan, at the election of the party initiating the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• In-app notification.

• Email notification (if you have provided an email address).

• An updated "Last updated" date on this page.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
